Talking Trends - Solid Advice For When Your Friend is Getting Married
As a wedding planner, human who has attended weddings, and at one point, a bride, I have had the chance to pick up a lot of gold on the etiquette of weddings. This is one that doesn’t always make the etiquette list, but is a super hot tip.
If you don't know what a bride or groom-to-be is planning for their wedding best bet is to just keep your mouth shut about wedding trends.
I didn't tell anyone what my wedding dress was going to look like, and at my bridal shower I was chatting with a bestie, who, without any prompting said,
"You know that trend of naked-lace wedding tops? It's so disgusting. I mean like have some fucking class people."
I'm just going to leave that there.
